We are seeking a Diesel Mechanic (Road Technician) to provide mobile maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services for commercial trucks and fleet equipment throughout the region.

Lowell, MA $25.00-$40.00 per hour + On-Call Earning Opportunities | Full-Time

Schedule:

First and second shift opportunities available:

• 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
• 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
• 2:00 PM-10:00 PM

Flexibility is required, as technicians may occasionally need to remain on-site to complete customer repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair diesel-powered trucks and equipment at customer locations
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service repairs
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Complete service reports and work orders accurately
• Provide professional customer service while representing the company in the field

Qualifications

• Previous diesel mechanic experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively
• Must provide basic mechanic hand and power tools
• Specialized tools are provided by the company

Compensation & Benefits

• $25.00-$40.00/hour, depending on experience

Additional Earning Opportunities

Following training, technicians participate in a rotating on-call schedule supporting a 24/7 emergency service operation.

• Approximately one weekend rotation per month
